Refund Policies
Coupons applied will not have a refund.
Remote Support:
No refundable after the 1 minute consumed each time.
Onsite Support:
The flat rate for onsite support:
– For members:
Onsite Support 99/h
Onsite Support / Minimum 1 hour
– For non members:
Onsite Support 129/h
Onsite Support / Minimum 2 hour
Features that are not included in the flat rate:
– Height of work area: 7 feet
– Level of specialized engineering (Variable level)
– Over weight limit/person 40 pounds
After the work-order is started the cancelation for refund is available 24 hour before the appointment onsite support.
Cases not eligible for refunds:
– In the location (workplace) is no power.
– The location is closed ( maximum 10 minutes waiting after arrival)
– The contact for the work-order is not available.
– The address is not correct.
– The issues is different to the previous work order approved.
– If the materials or product are supplied for the customer and the assets is not arrived to the place.
– If the technician made the visit for the First Diagnostics & Survey on site.
– The solution is not match with the work order
Onefieldpro LLC could refuse or modify the flat rate to carry out support on site if:
– The distance for the support is over 40 milles of the range of the first technician available.
– Dangerous work environment.
– Different address.
– Over weight limit/person 40 pounds
Operating system
The operating system available for support is Windows & Mac, for Mac support will be under appointment.
Refund Policies
Subscription Fees
Credit card holder’s account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month or on final date of month if no corresponding date.
Onefieldpro may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.
Cancelling Account
You can cancel your subscription making a request in your dashboard.
The only valid method for canceling your Plan is via the cancellation “dashboard” page, accessible after logging in to the Onefieldpro. Requests to cancel by e-mail or phone are not considered, and do not accomplish, cancellation.
Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will not lose access immediately.
Your membership will continue through the end of your current charge cycle. For example: If your credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on April 25th, you will not lose access until the May 10th.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable; except that you may cancel renewed subscription by contacting Onefieldpro within two (2) calendar days after renewal date and receive a full refund of the new subscription fees.
